Where the name comes from
GoalforIt.com is a genuine piece of internet history — the domain was first registered in 2005. Around 2010 it became something families fell in love with: a free, gamified chore-and-behavior chart. Parents could build a customizable chart with fun themes, track it on screen or print it for the fridge, hand out virtual stickers, and let kids earn points they cashed in for real rewards — the “Moolah” mechanic that’s still at the heart of it today.
It was reviewed and shared by a wave of parenting bloggers, with real families in the comments describing exactly what made it work: it was warm, it was visual, and it turned everyday routines into something kids were proud to complete. That heritage — and the trust attached to the name — is why GoalforIt is being brought back rather than started from scratch.
